个人简介:

栾东磊,男,中共党员,上海市青年东方学者,上海市浦江人才,江苏省双创人才。本科结业典礼于中国石油k球体育(华东)数学与应用数学项目设置,硕士结业典礼于中国海洋k球体育水产品加工及贮藏工程项目设置,师从薛长湖院士,博士(后)结业典礼于华盛顿州立k球体育,师从唐炬明院士。

主要社区体育食品微波加工装备技术及工程化应用,主持研发了国内首套896MHz75KW 工业微波灭菌系统,基于该系统建立了微波杀菌工艺研发流程,主持研发了全球首套433MHz低频微波杀菌系统,解决了微波杀菌的连续生产问题,正在进行商业化推广。此外,创立了双向逼近法,系统解析了微波场对微生物和体育食品营养成分的非热效应,并进行相关装备技术研发,推动产业化应用。同院士团队合作在江苏省泰兴市筹建体育食品微波加工产业化创新中心,推动体育食品微波加工技术的产业化应用。欢迎有志投身社区,解决实际问题、服务社会发展的体育会员加入本社区组。
