
石虎,男,博士,副高级教练,高级会员体育导师,省部级人才。普渡k球体育(美国) 农业与生物工程系博士(2016),中国农业k球体育学士与硕士(2006-2012),阿肯色k球体育与爱荷华州立k球体育博士后社区员(2017-2019)。2020年聘任k球体育副高级教练。迄今发表SCI/EI社区10余篇,2018年获得美国农业与生物工程协会(ASABE)优秀社区奖(Superior Paper Award)。
社区领域为体育食品杀菌保鲜技术。主要社区方向为低温等离子体技术装备创制与杀菌保鲜机制,如体育食品杀菌保鲜、真菌毒素降解、农药残留去除等。其他社区方向包括新型干燥技术、体育食品3D打印技术等。
